I am having difficulty understanding the "YIELD" (field number 35) returned in a request to "/api/Quotes/Quotes.svc/REST/Quotes_1/RetrieveItem_3"

From the field look up I found "For equities the dividend per share expressed as a percentage of the price. For bonds this is the current or simple yield i.e. the interest expressed as a percentage of the price."

However this field does not seem to change with the price or even daily with close/open. It's possible it's updated on some cadence but there is no documentation about that.

I was hoping to replaces our DSS calls for dividend yield with this field but it seems like it's not viable.

Hello everyone! I'm currently progressing on a project focused on companies that have been delisted. For this project, I'm utilizing the Refinitiv Search API. I've successfully managed to extract data on US companies that were delisted, including the reasons for their delisting, which are currently limited to two categories: Acquisition and Merger.

response = rd.discovery.search(
view = "Organisations",
filter = "OrganisationStatus xeq 'Delisted' and RCSCountryHeadquartersLeaf eq 'Uni ted States'",
select ="DocumentTitle,CommonName, DelistedDate, OrganisationStatus,DTCharacteristics, FormOfTransactionCode, ReasonDelisted",
top = 1000
)

Given these constraints, I've decided to make the best of the available data.

My current objective is to delve deeper into the specifics of Acquisition and Merger deals to enable the calculation of Delisting Returns for these companies. To achieve this, I've been exploring the DealsMergersAndAcquisitions View, which offers a plethora of fields that could potentially aid in my analysis. However, I've encountered a significant hurdle: the API does not support the simultaneous use of two Views.

What I aim to do is integrate certain selectors from the DealsMergersAndAcquisitions View into the Organisation View or combine data from two views for the same companies into one. This integration would allow me to maintain a comprehensive list of delisted companies, complete with reasons for delisting and detailed information about the corresponding deals. Does anyone know how to accomplish this integration effectively?

Would appreciate any help! Thank you in advance!

Suddenly this morning, after working earlier in the day, I've started receiving the error message stating Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority 'api.rkd.refinitiv.com' when attempting to create an impersonation token using 'CreateImpersonationToken_2'. I'm not sure why this would have been working one hour and then suddenly stopped an hour later.

Hello
The pre-post market trades are the irregular trades so to consume this transactions one will have to use the IRG-like fields:
the important ones seem to be IRGPRC, IRGVOL, IRGTIM
However not every irregular trade/transaction is an extended hour trade.
Usually there is a condition field that features the values like "Form-T" (which is how the overnight trades were historically handled at the North-American exchanges).
The candidate fields with Refinitiv would be IRGCOND (and IRGCOND_1..).
I looked in the Refinitiv Real time (https://refinitiv.fixspec.com/stack/repo/elektron/refinitiv-real-time-aug-2022/field/irgcond), which should be basically the same, and the IRGCOND enum does feature value 131 for "form t", however there are 258 values that mention in the description "form t".
The other field candidate might be IRGSALCOND, but its description says "Sale condition for an ineligible trade" and it is a string filed so nobody knows what the value might be even if it looks like "@FT"
In RKD quote API (http://api.rkd.refinitiv.com/api/Quotes/Quotes.svc or in quote lists), which I am lookin at the it looks like even less IRG fields of the IRG-like fields are available.

Does anybody know how exactly proceed with RKD IRG-like fields to get the extended market trades with quote/quote list API? Which fields/values to look at to make sure the transaction is a trade and not, for example a trade cancel...

I am retrieving data via two endpionts: GetFinancialStatementsReports_1 and GetRatiosAndStatistics_1. The data I'm interested in is Diluted EPS Exl ExtraOrd Items by quarters, fields SDBF and QEPSXCLXOR (Quartely EPS Excl ExtraOrd Items, I assume) in the API respectively. When I'm looking at the EPS for the last available quarter for the company which reports in USD, there is no error. For example, RIC IBM.N returns 0.86 for 2022-03-31 for both endpoints. However, if I take a company which reports in any other currency, the values won't match even after manual conversion. For instance, RIC CIB:
2022-03-31
GetFinancialStatementsReports_1: Diluted EPS Exl ExtraOrd Items (SDBF) - 1800.59 (Currency COP)

GetRatiosAndStatistics_1: QEPSXCLXOR - 1.84774.

The exchange rate provided by the GetRatiosAndStatistics_1 for COP is apparently 0.00026. However, when I'm trying to convert 1800.59 * 0.00026 = 0.47 doesn't match the QEPSXCLXOR result. Could someone explain why would such a mismatch occur, please?
