client's scenario is different, so as an example let’s say we start the system. The first “Source” message is a “Source Refresh” message which contains the services; cERT, CDERT, CNB_ERT, and ERT which typically have a service up state. We then receive “Source Updates” messages from this point on with associated service changes (Capabilities, Qos. State UP/DOWN, Accepting Requests, status ….).

Under certain conditions I see “Source Refresh” which is empty (no services). Should the course of action be to fabricate a service down state for all the items previously requested in the service, remove all the services, and wait for those services to return. If they are returned, will it be from a “Source Refresh” or a “Source Update”.

We need to transfer the broker id in Broker Queue Page into separated one.

But the RFA processing method seems not work for EMA:

We believe the issue is with credentials configured in the xml file that is expected to be supplied to the RFA API. We have not been able to connect using your test program with the provided xml.

As per our understanding, the connectivity and authentication is handled by code in RFA.jar supplied by Refinitiv. As a first step, we would need to ensure the Refinitiv test program works correctly with the supplied XML credentials from the CRDB server.

I am using ETA Value Added library in my application.

In one of my use case, I need to subscribe same RIC code in two different streams but same connection.

One will subscribe to incremental update, whereas other will update only snapshot and then this stream will be stopped by application.

But, When I try to subscribe same ticker from another stream,it gets error "AlreadyOpen: A46: Item was reopened under new stream."

Please note that my first stream should continue to update throughout the trading hours, whereas second stream can connect and fetch snapshot in between if required and this stream (second) will be terminated immediately.

Is there any option to allow to subscribe two different streams with same ticker ?
