Connection Timeout error from AWS

I got a connection timeout error when I am trying to download TM3 from Amazon S3

Downloading File TM3_xxxxxx-05_00 ...

This is most likely a network issue between your end and AWS S3 site. I strongly suggest you contact your IT Network team to work with AWS support to verify the issue.
