Credit Default Swap Spread

Hello. Can anyone tell me where can I find the ticker coder for the sovereign credit default swaps of the countries. For instance, I have extracted the spread for Costa Rica with CRGV5YUSAC=MG showing MID Spread and CRGV5YUSAC=R showing PAR MID. Does anyone know the difference between both or where can I find the list of definitons?
