Could you please check why client is getting the below error from API playground?

I am a Uni Professor who uses lseg-data via Python. There is an "API Playground" that I believe I should be able to access, but I don't seem to be able to reach it, even after having logged into the LSEG Developer Portal.
This is a link to the playground:

Here comes the screenshot, where you can see that I am logged into the LSEG Developer Portal. And that I get an "Authentication failed: error getting token" message when I try to access the API Playground.

It is possible that your web browser may not enable third-party cookie. Please follow the steps below to enable the 3rd Party cookie setting on your machine web browser.

Step 1: Open a browser menu and choose settings.

Step 2: Select “Cookies and site permissions” à Manage and delete cookies and site data

Step 3: Disable the “Block third-party cookies” option.

If the steps above do not help, please contact the RDP API Gateway team to look into the issue. They are the team that support the API Playground page.

Is this client a Workspace desktop user?

The API Doc is the Data Platform product and typically a desktop user can't access the Data Platform.

Please contact the client's account team or sales team to verify the account's permission.
