I tried using RIC search tool, however could not find the respective RIC for that product.
Could you please help me with the navigation steps/under which product to raise case under LSEG support.

Can you contact your LSEG account team or Sales team to verify the LSEG product that you are using?
I tried to raise a case under LSEG Support by selecting "Product"→ "Information request". Further It shows Product drop down under which I could not find anything related to LSEG RIC search. Could you please help to under which Product i need to raise case to LSEG Support.
