unable to find RIC for Product Biofuel Outright - D3 RINs (OPIS)

Im trying to search the RIC for commodity/Product using the application  https://developers.lseg.com/en/tools-catalog/ric-search , however could not find it, could you please help.

I have already contacted LSEG Support and raise case : 15622912, however they mentioned it appears to be a technical issue and post query in Q&A forum below. Please help.
