historical depth of book data on Tick History

After having read the article:

I am left wondering if it is possible to collect depth of book data historically. I can see, in this article, fields such as "QueryStartDate", but is there a maximum backwards-looking time-window such that this field cannot be used to go back historically more than - say - 3 months?

Tick History is a historical market data service offering global recorded
trade and quote messages. Providing extensive coverage of complete,
timely and global microsecond tick data, this service offers access to
global intraday time and sales, quotes and market depth content dating
back to January 1996.
