Access to historical data (TRTH) via an API

Hi,

I wanted to inquire if there is a way to access historical data (TRTH) via an API, other than using the Datascope API for TRTH data access.

Specifically, I am interested in whether it is possible to request timeseries data for a symbol such as <VOD.L>, starting from the beginning of today, using a functional API call. Ideally, I would like to receive a list of values from the API that I can iterate through within my application.

Both Datascope Select and LSEG Tick History use the same server infrastructure and support the same extraction mechanisms, including both scheduled and on-demand extractions. For more information, please refer to the LSEG Tick History REST API documentation.

As an alternative for retrieving historical data, consider using the Historical Pricing API available through the LSEG Data Platform APIs.
