Get list of RICs trading on a stock exchange segment in a specific time window

Hello, I'm trying to find a list of all RICs trading on a particular stock exchange segment within a specific time window. For example, the London Stock Exchange has the following segments: the Main Market and the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). I'm trying to download a list of RICs that were listed on the AIM at any time, say, in the years 2008 to 2010 inclusive.

Is such a search possible via the Eikon API using Python? If so, could you please help me set it up? If not, is there another way to obtain this information, for example via a screener in the LSEG Workspace application?

I found the answer in this discussion but it is for active RICs.

ld.get_data(['SCREEN(U(IN(Equity(active,public,primary))),IN(TR.ExchangeMarketIdCode,"XLON"))'],['MIC_CODE']) 

The code uses the LSEG Data Library for Python. The examples are on GitHub.
