Hello I have clicked register new app yet API Key is not created. I have tested on Chrome and Edge and whenever i click register new app nothing happens.

Could you please try creating a new app key with more specific app display name, such as, MMD-2025-1, to see if it can be created.

I am able to create the app key for the app display name of 'MMD-2025-1'. Question is, earlier I tried different app display name such as 'MMD Feed', 'MMD', 'test' etc. and all failed, any reason why it did not take these names?

You can check the web browser's console log from the developer tools. I found the following errors by using those names.
Those names have been used.
