For a research project, I need to download a large number of corporate filings (annual reports, interim reports) in English for an entire country (e.g., all companies based in the UK). The time period starts from the year 2000.
Using the Advanced Filings Search works, but it’s extremely slow, and since the documents are only available as PDFs, the data volumes are very large.
I’m working with LSEG Workspace CodeBook and using refinitiv.data version 1.6.1.
Does anyone know of a solution that allows me to access the filings via an API, convert them into TXT format, and download them in bulk (we’re talking about more than 8,000 filings)?
Any hints or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
