I was trying to create a platform session for data retrieval from LSEG using the APP KEY, RDP LOGIN and RDP password. But I get this error

The error message indicates the security or network settings (proxy) may block the connection to api.refinitiv.com.
The client needs to contact their IT support team to allow this connection.

As far as I know, it doesn't support mTLS and we don't have an endpoint for a health monitoring status checker.
This could be an enhancement question. Please contact the product team directly for this enhancement.
