The Publishing data not published

Hello team

We are publishing the multiple instruments using the thread and publishing in parallel.

In one of the instrument we sent the data to publish but we didn't received any published values in the logs and checked with the client also they have not received the publishing values.

In the logs we only received Ack msg not the ack refresh as expected and also after Ack msg we received logs of publishing the other instrument.

Normally LSEG Developer Community Forum is for how-to/general questions but your question seems to be more complex and requires investigation e.g. review source code, configuration, try to reproduce the problem etc.

I recommend you raise a query through the premium support service. If you are a named user of that service you should see a link "Contact Premium Support" when you are logged into the product page.

To verify this kind of issue, you can enable the trace log in the library by using the following configuration in the Consumer to verify the outgoing and incoming messages.

Otherwise, you may increase the size of GuaranteedOutputBuffers buffer in the channel channel.

Can you please let me know the size of GuaranteedOutputBuffers buffer in the channel is to be done at my end or it needs to be done at my client's end?

It needs to be set in the application that sends post messages.
