Hello @yangjie

Did an application receive a "Login Closed" message with state "Closed/Suspect" after a network disconnection? Basically, a state "Open/Suspect" means the stream is opened, but the data (login, item, directory, dictionary, etc.) of that stream is not available.

Once a network disconnection occurred, an API should send a Status message with "Login Closed" message with state "Closed/Suspect", and the API will not recover a connection.

If the API did not send a "Login Closed" message with state "Closed/Suspect" to an application when a network disconnection, please give us the following information:

API version
Java version
Are you connecting to deployed RTDS, RTO, or RTMDS?

EMA handles heartbeat management on behalf of the application.

If a disconnection occurs, you may need to contact the server to confirm it.

In most cases, the server logs will provide details about the cause of the disconnection.

The RTDS uses ping message as a heartbeat between the API and the server.

Based on the RTDS cnf file, the description is as follows:

The EMA API automatic handles ping messages between the API and the Server for an application. An application cannot control or configure it from the API side.
