#VALUE! on Calendar argument in DfAddWD function

Hi, I run into #VALUE! on Calendar argument in DfAddWD function, for example: =DfAddWD("USA", TODAY(), 5). This however only appeared after fresh open of the sheet, but was working previously. Any idea what might be the issue? Thanks in advance
