How to generate an app key for PPE?

Hello. I am trying to access api.ppe.lseg.com to generate an appkey for our python scripts that currently download marketdata only from PROD. But as part of the LMP migration the PPE env needs to connect to api.ppe.lseg.com and I am trying to use either adrian.bujor.ppe@lseg.com or adrian.bujor.rdp.ppe@lseg.com to generate such a key but both are giving the following error.

Can you please assist?

Typically, application keys are generated by using the App Key Generator.

You may need to contact the product team directly to get the URL of the App Key Generator on the PPE.

hello. Yes there is an App Key Generator button in the top left corner but because of the error from the photo nothing loads and no button is active. Can you please help with this?
