I want to initiate the necessary credentials, including the CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET to allow OAuth V2 service account configuration via an API. It seems that this is the only way to get service on this matter

I've just done that and they said to come here and ask the question - I've already waited 6 weeks and have costs churning over because I cant get a sensible answer
Do you mean you already have the V2 account (client_id (GE-xxxx) and client_secret)?
If yes, what product are you using (Data Platform or Real-Time optimized)?
Please explain what service or data that you would like to retrieve.
I checked with your account team and found that you are using the LSEG Workspace application.
For now, you can use the LSEG Data Library for Python to access data through the running Workspace application.
