What to expect after Open/suspect state

Hi,
If I'm consuming market prices and caching them. Suppose I get a refreshMsg/statusMsg where the streamState is OPEN and dataState is SUSPECT. What type of msg should I expect when the data state changes to OK? Should I expect to always get a refreshMsg? Is it possible I only get a StatusMsg?
If I get a statusMsg (without refresh) telling me the data is Ok does this mean the cached data is fine or should I wait for further updeMsg

Either a refresh message or a status message can be used to convey state information, so the application may receive either type.

However, a refresh message can include data in its payload, whereas a status message cannot. Typically, when the data state has changed to okay, the application expects to receive a refresh message containing the updated data in its payload.

For your question:

If I get a statusMsg (without refresh) telling me the data is Ok does this mean the cached data is fine or should I wait for further updeMsg
The cached data is still stale, and you will need to wait for the updated data to arrive in a refresh message. A refresh message is also used to synchronize data.
