Can you please change may name?

I have just completed a course and received the certificate, but I noticed that my name is incorrect, both on the portal and on the certificate. I tried to change it, but when I logged back into the course section, it was still wrong. The correct name is Odiel Cribeiro Gordillo.

Could you please let me know which LSEG APIs or Product that you are using? Can you share the course and portal URLs?
