Missing Performance Data

Question

I am trying to request performance data for USYH.MI but only receive null values. In Refinitiv Workspace the corresponding values look fine but there seems to be an issue with the data via the API. What is the issue here?

api.refinitiv.com/user-framework/mobile/fund-service/v1/fund/fund-performance/USYH.MI

The responses are directly from the endpoint in the platform. You need to contact the helpdesk team through LSEG Support to verify the content. I got the same responses as yours.

Thanks for the quick response. I have a Workspace Mobile Licence and the service itself works properly, for example requesting https://api.refinitiv.com/user-framework/mobile/fund-service/v1/fund/fund-performance/SPY.AX

I checked the Reference page and found that:

Terms and conditions

The service is available for Refinitiv Workspace mobile only.

I am not sure if users are allowed to access it.
