Please be informed that the RFA API version 8.0.x is end of life and no longer supported. According to the API Compatibility Matrix document (RFA API document page), the current supported versions are 8.2.x which support the following Java versions.

You can download the latest version of RFA Java from the Software Downloads. It is in the Product Family : MDS - API and Products: Robust Foundation API (RFA) - Java.
Otherwise, you can download it from the Downloads section in the LSEG Developer Community.
The latest version is RFA Java 8.2.6.
