Technically, may I know the meaning of the following StatusMsg?

The RIC was subscribed previously successfully and getting the updates continuously for hours, then got this message, after re-subscribed the RIC, the updates recovered.

Typically, the status message is sent by RTO. Please contact the RTO support team directly to verify this status message. According to its status code (Not entitled), it could relate to the permission issue.
