I am using LSEG in Python with an App Key, following the documentation in this article:

Everything is working well so far.

However, what I actually need is to retrieve the .txt files of conference call transcripts for some firms. For example, I attached a screenshot showing the Microsoft conference calls available in Workspace. In that interface, it seems possible to download the transcript in .txt format manually.

My question is: is there any way to retrieve these .txt conference call transcripts programmatically in Python for a company such as Microsoft? Or is manual download the only option available?

Could you also please clarify what alternatives may be available under my current license?

As far as I know, the transcripts can be retrieved via the Knowledge Direct product in the Street Events V2.

Please contact the client's account team or sales team directly to confirm this.
