LSEG DSS API failed when requesting a token

Question

LSEG Api call is failing and due to it our jobs are failing in prod. Could you please check it urgently and fix it.

This change was announced on 11 December 2025 through Product Change Notification PCN215272, with an effective date of 15 April 2026.

You can receive email notifications for PCNs related to your products. Please refer to the relevant notification preferences page to enable these alerts.

Yes, you will need to update the URL to the lseg.com domain: https://selectapi.datascope.lseg.com.

The new url which you have provided is working fine. But we didn't get any information that new url will be updated.

Can you please help on my below queries?

* Can you please provide when the api got updated.
* How we(FIL team) will get informed for such changes in future.Is there any customer notification portal/group you have already where we need to add ourselves.Please suggest the process for the same.
* With this change, Can you confirm if we just need to replace refinitiv with lseg and no other changes.
