ATS websocket api error: Failed to check permission. Please re-login.

We are not the ATS expert nor the Real-Time Product Specialist, and the ATS Web Operation API is not in our scope. However, I have checked section 19.4.7 of the ATS Operation Guide document. It seems the /API/BU/{BU_name}/MODEL endpoint needs SessionIDquery parameter.

The query parameter should be case-sensitive by the HTTP standard, but I see the client sent a query with "SESSIONID" query ("http://ltq-psl07-zrh:24576/API/BU/ATS/MODEL?SESSIONID=375aaff740e5dda2855912f66506fb6da6ccf481acc94030f13ffbe9dcc80366").

I am not sure if the ATS Web Service use case-sensitive or case-insensitive case. Otherwise, it might be something with the client login session.

Please contact the ATS Support Team (L2 or L3) as I have suggested above.

I checked and found that the client is using the ATS Open Web Service. Please refer to the ATS Operation document  in Chapter 19.

It seems that it is a permission issue. The client may need to use the endpoint to retrieve BU List.

However, as mentioned by my colleague, please contact the ATS support team directly to verify what the problem is.

The API query and response messages do not look like the

https://developers.lseg.com/en/api-catalog/real-time-opnsrc/websocket-api

. It looks like the ATS server-side HTTP REST API.

I see the client did submit a ticket number 15928101. I strongly suggest you escalate the case to the ATS Support Team (L2 or L3 team) to verify the issue on the ATS server side.
