Hi Team, I have a client who has been facing issues with pulling research reports via RDP API.
Is he pulling the data incorrectly or does he not have access to it?
He is able to retrieve the data via Workspace:

According to the attached picture, the client is using the Research API on the Data Platform. Please refer to the Research API User Guide.
The client may need to contact their LSEG account team or sales team directly regarding the permission to access this Research API on the Data Platform.
