Please contact the client's Account Manager or CSM team to help the client get the Data Platform (RDP) account.
Once the client gets the email and machine-id user types. The client can use the email-user to access the RDP API Playground page, then click on the "AppKey Generator" link on the top left corner of the page to access the AppKey Generator website.
