My Workspace user is struggling to get history out of the WS API

Question

My Workspace user is struggling to get history out of the WS API.  She sees error “TS.Intraday.UserNotPermission.92000, User has no permission' when trying to pull data on 'EUR=' using the 'get_history' function.  She has confirmed she sees a chart of EUR= in desktop WS.  Any ideas?  Does the API need to be permissioned separately?

I can retrieve the data properly

The error message is quite clear

TS.Intraday.UserNotPermission.92000, User has no permission

Which means that the user does not have permission to get the intraday data for this particular instrument. Unfortunately, we cannot check or apply entitlements. Please reach out to LSEG account manager for this.
