We are using the RFA Java API to subscribe to market data, and we would like to confirm the following issue from a specification standpoint.

・RFA Java Version: 8.1.3.L1
・OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.4 (Plow)
・RMDS Infrastructure: TREP v3.2 (Refinitiv Hosting Service)

■ Issue Description
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
・Date/Time of Occurrence: Around 15:30 JST on April 27, 2026
・Subscribe Request: Snapshot requests sent for 165 RICs
・Responses Received: Only 2 responses returned
・Errors: No errors occurred during the subscribe request
・For the remaining 163 RICs, neither data nor status messages were received at all
・This functionality was built approximately 6 years ago, and this is the first and only occurrence (April 27, 2026) of this issue since the start of operations

① According to the RFA specification, is it possible for responses (data or status messages) to not be returned for some RICs, even when the subscribe request completed successfully (no errors)?
② If this can occur, could you please advise on the possible causes?
