My client seems he is already registered in the portal, but can not sign in as he doesnt remember the username and passowrd. He needs access ASAP, to get help setting up API in workspace.
How can he get the log in details?

Please contact the Developer Portal Support <developerportalsupport@lseg.com> Team with the client details (email that used for login, etc.)
