why did workspace codebook kernel suddenly disconnect in the Private Network？

in the internet network, workspace codebook can run the code. But in the private Network，workspace codebook suddenly can't run the code and it Prompts kernel is disconnecting. Although I try to restart the kernel, it keeps prompting me that it is reconnecting. How can i reconnect the kernel ?

The codebook application is the cloud hosted Jupyter Notebook. The issue needs to be investigated from the Workspace product team to verify why you got kernel disconnected when using the private network.
