API credentials (service account) for a sandbox/ test environment

Hi

I am a software provider. I sell an workflow/onboarding product, however: possible customers do already have worldcheck for sanctions and PEP screening. I do want to offer them an integration, so my software will pass collected information to worldcheck for sanction screening.

I do not license worldcheck. My customers do / they are already having a worldcheck license.
So all I need is API description ✅ and a service user ❌. I know from reading that I should go to the admin portal but

1. I do have a dev account here. There is NO admin portal link.

2. here there are some instructions but where is the LINK / URL to the admin portal ???

3. Maybe in one of the vids I have seen something:

Holly molly, all I wanted is to integrate an API request for sanctions-/PEP screening - so a REST request into an app. Reality check: I not even do find the user administration portal for a dev account.

Anyone a hint? thank you.

Hello @marco_aXedras - thank you for reaching out!

In order to create a service account, you will need to have access to a World-Check One user license. Otherwise, you will not be able to create the account. You have the option to reach out to your customer and ask them to give you access or just create the service account on your behalf and provide you with the information.
