Out app relies on this python library refinitiv-data==1.6.2, we migrated to artifactory and it was working a week ago. However currently this package disappears from ppe.artifactory.lseg.com, we tried another name for the package - refinitiv.data, also tried including another repo python-pypi-remote-cache based on this page 1 6 2 - UKS - Node, but all of those didn’t work and this library is still not found.
This package still exists in the old nexus repository, we followed the instructions and compliance and migrated to the new Jfrog artifactory, however this instable library availability breaks our app which would need this library to be installed when initializing new ec2 instance. This would further impact the availability of our app and cause a wide impact on our user experiences. We truly hope that this problem can be resolved ASAP.
