ADS license upgrade to 3.9

Hi Team,

One of our clients is planning to upgrade their ADS license to version 3.9.

We are currently using RFA C++ API version 8.2 and 8.2.5 to consume market data. Could you please advise whether there are any compatibility considerations, or API-side updates that we should be aware of as part of this upgrade?

RFA C++ should work seamlessly with ADS 3.9, as both products support the RSSL/OMM protocol.

I reviewed the README file included with the RFA C++ package and found that RFA C++ 8.2.5 was tested with ADS 3.8.x, while RFA C++ 8.2.6 was tested with ADS 3.9.x.

However, using RFA C++ 8.2.5 with ADS 3.9 should not be a concern, as the compatibility is based on the same underlying RSSL/OMM protocol.
