How to Re-trigger an Existing Schedule on DSS

We plan to create a single Schedule and reuse it for every extraction run rather than creating a new schedule each time. Is there an API to re-trigger an existing schedule on demand (i.e., trigger an immediate extraction for a previously created Schedule ID)? If so, could you share the endpoint and expected request format?

There are two types of scheduled extractions.

1. Immediate Extraction
2. Recurring Extraction (Once, Weekly, Monthly)

You cannot retrigger an immediate extraction; however, you can retrigger a recurring extraction using this endpoint.

The response could be HTTP 202 Accepted with the polling URL in the Location header or HTTP 200 OK with the following response.

You can use the ReportExtractionId to retrieve files. Please refer to the third step (3. Get a list of files available in a report extraction) in this DSS REST API: Downloading Completed Extraction Files by a Schedule Name article.
