Developr support report a rules exception

Hi

I hope you are well.

I had a developer from production support informing me they saw the following error message in their logs.

State: Closed / Suspect / Internal error from sender / '*Subscription terminated: A rules exception occurred', Status code: 28, Status Text: *Subscription terminated: A rules exception occurred,

How can you find out which rule caused the exception ?

What would be the best way to troubleshoot this ?

Many thanks. The application is using etaj3.6.2.G2.all.rrg|emaj3.6.2.G2.all.rrg

I will check the dacs logs files for any anomalies . Perhaps they tried to call an instrument for which they are not permissioned for.

Thank you for reaching out. I am assuming that the application (using LD, EMA, or WebSocket?) is connecting to RTDS with the DACS server, am I correct?

The "State: Closed / Suspect / Internal error from sender / " Status means this stream is closed and the error is originated from the server-side.

Based on my research, the "Status code: 28, Status Text: *Subscription terminated: A rules exception occurred" seems to relate to the DACS server.
