Request to enable trapi.transcript.live entitlement

Please enable the LSEG Company Events & Transcripts
Transcript-live API Integration for my RDP user/application.

Required OAuth scope:
trapi.transcript.live

Required endpoints:
GET /investor-solutions/company-events-transcripts/live-streaming/v1/transcripts/{eventId}
POST /investor-solutions/company-events-transcripts/live-streaming/v1/document-request-job
GET /investor-solutions/company-events-transcripts/live-streaming/v1/job-status

Use case:
Downloading earnings-call transcript text for academic cyber-risk research.

Please confirm:

1. Whether the entitlement is included in our Workspace/Data Platform agreement.
2. Whether the scope must be enabled for the RDP user, App Key, or both.
3. Whether historical transcript access is included.
4. Any rate limits or document-type restrictions.
