Clarification on the licensing of the TRBC industry scheme on PermID

I want to ask for some clarification on the licensing status of the TRBC industry scheme on PermID. Are the Economic Sector, Business Sector, and Industry Group taxonomy categories themselves - including category names, definitions, hierarchy, and related taxonomy metadata - basic data licensed under CC BY 4.0?
I’m specifically asking about the taxonomy/scheme itself, not organization to TRBC assignments. Thanks

Do you mean the following fields in the Organizations entity?

If yes, the license for those fields is CC-NC 4.0.

Extended (CC-NC 4.0): This data is available for access on this website and for all registered users. These fields are provided for Non-Commercial use in accordance with the CC-NC 4.0 license. If you would like to use these fields for commercial purposes, please contact us.

If not, please clarify which fields in which entities you are interested.
