Title: How can I retrieve the full Advanced Search - Physical Assets dataset (150,000+ rows) via API

Question

Hi,

I'm using LSEG Workspace, Advanced Search with the universe "Physical Assets". The export is limited to 10,000 cells per download, but we need the full dataset of approximately 150,000 rows, including the field Managing Owner Country, so that we can filter it ourselves.

LSEG Support (case 16489147) suggested asking here whether this can be pulled via API in one go.

My questions:

* What do you recommend for retrieving this dataset (which API or library)?
* Can we download all 150,000+ rows in one go, or do we need to do it in batches?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The underlying technology used by the Search service limits the result window to 10,000 entries. Therefore, a single response cannot return more than 10,000 entries.

To work around this limitation, you need to refine the filter by adding additional properties so that each request returns fewer than 10,000 entries.

You can use the Navigators to categorize and summarize the results and then use the results from the Navigators to customize the filter. For more information regarding the Navigators, please refer to the Building Search into your Application Workflow article.
