Hello I am currently trying to retreive intraday data on python for DE3MT=RR but I get an error: . the code always worked, it is the second time i get this error. last time it got solved by simply rerunning the code. I can run the client code without any issue and get data.

Log file:

I have checked the given library log message. The log shows that the Workspace backend returns the “Unable to collect data for the field 'Field' and some specific identifier(s).” error message to an application.

Thank you for the details!

I tried the code shared by the client. It works for TR.ASKYIELD but throws the same error for TR.BIDYIELD. This needs to be checked with the team, meanwhile, the expected result can be reproduced using the get_data function too (while this is throws error sometimes). Also, I would request sharing the log file shared by the client (pls hide confidential details, if any).

Thank you very much. I really appreciate your assistance. I wanted to let you know that I am receiving the error for different maturities every time I run the code. So, it is probably a time out error. I am running the code in chunks (so instead of retrieving data directly from 1999 I do it with a 5  years interval) and I am creating the debug log. I will send it to you once it is ready, so please expect a second email from me shortly.

Unfortunately, the test in your screenshot does not reproduce my issue, for two reasons:

1. Wrong RIC: my error occurs for DE7YT=RR, but your screenshot shows results for DE3MT=RR.

2. Wrong fields: your code calls get_history without the fields parameter, so it returns the default pricing fields (B_YLD_1, A_YLD_1, MID_PRICE, etc.). My request explicitly asks for fields=['TR.BIDYIELD', 'TR.ASKYIELD'], and these are the fields that fail.

I specifically need TR.BIDYIELD and TR.ASKYIELD, so the default fields are not a substitute for my use case.
