Access Shareholders History Report through API

I'm using the LSEG Data Library for Python (lseg-data), connecting through my Workspace desktop session, to retrieve historical shareholder data. The call I need is ownership.consolidated.shareholders_history_report, which is the API equivalent of the Shareholders History Report (SHARESHIS) in Workspace.

I can already see this data in the LSEG Workspace app. For example, SHARESHIS shows quarterly Individual Investor holdings for Goody's Family Clothing (PermID 4295906607) from 2004 to 2006 (the firm is now delisted, hence why I need historic data). Through the API, however, the same request is refused with:

LDError: Error code 403 | access denied. Scopes required to access the resource: [trapi.data.ownership.adv]. Missing scopes: [trapi.data.ownership.adv].

The error indicates that the account does not have permission to access the Ownership API endpoint and retrieve the requested data.
