We are using RFA 8.2 api's to connect for having market data feed through Refinitiv. Connection type is connection RSSL. May I know, if this connection is encrypted or only data is encrypted?

The default RSSL connection is a plain TCP socket connection that encoded all data in binary. An application needs the RFA API (or the strategic Real-Time SDK) to decode data.
The RFA 8.x supports connection encryption via HTTPS. You can see more detail on my colleague answer on this Encryption connection options old post.
