Access Denied: User req to PE(5428)

Question

I can normally access the data for the two fields/indicators SETTMZN02P1 and CMCU3-H27 through the Workspace client. However, when I call the API from Python, I get the following error:

I have already cleared the cache, reinstalled Workspace, and restarted my computer, but the result is the same. Could you please help me identify what is causing this issue?

It looks like to be the problem in the backend service. You can try to use another backend by running the following code after ld.open_session().

ld.open_session()
ld.session.get_default().config.set_param("apis.data.datagrid.underlying-platform", "rdp")

ld.get_data(....)
