Unable to access EMA without VPN

We are using EMA to retrieve data for RICs using our automations scripts but currently we are unable to access EMA without connecting through VPN. Therefore, we kindly request that EMA be onboarded onto Zscaler to allow access without the need for VPN.

If there is an alternative solution to achieve this, please do let us know. Requesting your assistance at the earliest as the VPN will be discontinued by end of the year.

EMA can connect to any LSEG real-time server to retrieve data. For example, I can use EMA to connect to an ADS instance running on my local network.

In your environment, this typically means the server is accessible through a VPN. I’m not certain which specific server that would be, so you may need to check with the product team or the server team to confirm.
