API Endpoint for Data Notifications by Product/ProductID

Hello,

I was exploring the Alerts and Notif APIs on the API playground and I can't seem to find an endpoint where I can find data notifications related to a specific product/productID (i.e Real-Time Managed Distribution Service). Is there an endpoint for that? Also, I seem to not have permission to play around with the endpoints in this family: /data/change-notifications/v1

What are the permissions I need to use those endpoints in that API family? I saw that the Alerts and Notif API are under RDP, but I can't seem to access the /data/change-notifications/v1 family.

I currently have access to LDP/RDP API.
