Are there any are there any differences between RFA version 6.5.0 & RFA version 8.2.5 when processing ON/TN tenors?

The gap between the RFA version 6.5.0 and 8.2.5 are very huge (10 years++). One big different is the version 6.5.0 supports the end-of-life legacy marketfeed interface (SSL connection) and OMM interface (RSSL connection), while the version 8.x supports only strategic OMM interface (RSSL connection).
There are some documents in the RFA 8.2.5 package (Docs folder) that records the changes between version 6.x to 8.x as follows:
If the client is using the MarketFeed (MD) interface, they need to re-write an application code to use the 8.x OMM Interface and RSSL connection. In that case, the client may consider move to the strategic Enterprise Message API (EMA API) instead. The EMA API provides the message level interfaces which is easier and less code then the RFA API. If the client still insists to understand the differences between RFA 6.5 and 8.x in detail, I highly recommend the client contact the Real-Time APIs Support team via a "Contact Premium Support" button on the RFA APIs pages on this portal.
