Media Check API returning error

Using the Postman collection and trying to retrieve media check results

{{protocol}}{{gateway-host}}{{gateway-url}}cases/{{case-system-id}}/mediacheck/results

I am receiving the error response:

I cannot see a way to specify the MEDIA_CHECK provider

Thank you for reaching. The error you’re receiving -INVALID_PROVIDER_TYPE, indicates that the case you are querying has not been screened using the MEDIA_CHECK provider.

To resolve this, please screen the case using the saveAndScreenCase endpoint and include MEDIA_CHECK as a provider type in the request body. Once the case has been screened with this provider type, the Media Check Results endpoint will function as expected.
