[RTO] *F9: Server has gone down. Will recall when a server becomes available.

Dear Support Team,

We observed that for approximately one minute starting around 14:12:55 UTC on March 28, 2026, the following error response was returned during MarketPrice streaming:

F9: Server has gone down. Will recall when a server becomes available.

The service has since recovered and is currently operating without issues.
Could you please advise on the cause of this error message?

This F9: Server has gone down. Will recall when a server becomes available. status message is generated from the RTO server-side. I strongly suggest you contact the RTO server support team via https://support.lseg.com/s/?formtype=ProductQuery website (the RTO endpoint name is needed) to verify the issue on the server side.

According to your "The service has since recovered and is currently operating without issues message, I am assuming that the service was recovered and the API continued received data, am I correct?
