Messenger Bot API — Access Request & Getting Started

I'm looking to integrate the Messenger Bot API to programmatically read messages from a specific Eikon Messenger chatroom in real time using Python.

Could you point me to:

1. How to request API credentials (client ID / secret)
2. Minimum Eikon subscription required
3. Whether chatroom message subscriptions (not just 1-on-1) are supported
